Due to the mandated closure of all New Jersey public schools and the current public health emergency, the Mine Hill Township School District will live stream bid openings in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act and enacted Amendments A3850/S2294.

A link will be provided the day of the bid opening under Live Stream Info on this site.
How do I download the Zoom app?
Install Zoom Cloud Meetings from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple)
Will I be able to see other vendor submissions?
Yes, after the bid opening please email crodriguez@minehillcas.org for a copy of any submission documentation.
How and when can I deliver my completed packet?
The Main Office of the Canfield Avenue School will be opened during limited hours, from 8am to 4pm. It is recommended that you contact the school before visiting due to the current building closures.
